What exactly does LADR AI build?
We build AI-powered systems: autonomous AI agents, n8n workflow automations, AI chatbots, voice AI agents, GoHighLevel integrations, lead generation systems, social media automation, real estate CRM automation, and custom AI apps using the Claude/Anthropic API. Essentially, anything that helps your business run on autopilot.
How long does a typical project take?
Most automation and AI agent projects are delivered in 1–4 weeks depending on complexity. Simple automations (like email sequences or CRM integrations) take 3–7 days. Complex multi-agent systems or full AI app builds take 3–6 weeks. We always agree on a timeline upfront.
Do I need technical knowledge to work with you?
Not at all. We handle all the technical architecture, development, and deployment. You just need to explain your business goals and pain points. We translate that into a working AI system and provide full documentation so your team can use it confidently.
What is n8n and why do you use it?
n8n is an open-source workflow automation platform that we specialise in. It lets us connect hundreds of apps, APIs, and AI models to build powerful, self-running workflows. Unlike Zapier or Make, n8n supports complex branching logic, AI nodes, and can be self-hosted for full data control. It is our go-to tool for scalable automation.
Do you work with GoHighLevel (GHL)?
Yes — GoHighLevel is one of our core specialisations. We build GHL API integrations, connect AI agents to GHL workflows, automate sub-account management, set up AI-powered follow-up sequences, and build custom GHL snapshots. We work with agencies and direct clients using GHL.
Can you help with real estate automation?
Absolutely. We build AI systems specifically for real estate: lead qualification agents, automated follow-up sequences, CRM integrations (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Follow Up Boss), AI-powered appointment booking, and voice agents for inbound lead calls. Many of our clients are real estate agents and brokers.
What AI models do you use?
We primarily work with Claude (Anthropic) for AI agents and reasoning tasks — it excels at structured outputs, long-context tasks, and following complex instructions. We also integrate with OpenAI (GPT-4), Gemini, and open-source models where appropriate. We are Claude/Anthropic specialists.

We are a remote-first team serving clients globally. Our primary market is the USA, but we regularly work with clients in the UK, UAE, Australia, Europe, and across Asia. Time zones are never a barrier.
